Liquids Optimization + Explosion KnockBack Bug with Mobs
Describe the bug I tried to make a water cube roughly 80x80 with worldedit to test the performance of the liquids. It was about 6 tps and I think a consistent optimization for liquids would be a good thing for the factions. Furthermore, I noticed a bug that affects explosions: they give too much knockback to entities that are not players.
Bug on latest The feature is not there, the bug is in the latest dev build and also in the stable build.
To Reproduce For liquids just make a square in the air with worldedit and do / tps while the water falls, for the second just make TNT explode near mobs.

Does the extra knockback bug occur on PaperSpigot?
No, on PaperSpigot they have a much lower knockback.
