Use faster mirrors for downloading WinMerge

Went to download the latest version (via https://winmerge.org/downloads/?lang=en), clicked the download link and ended up on a sourcefourge page with a cookie popup that I had to confirm.

Afterwards, had to wait for 5 seconds as the progress bar counted down, only for it to reset at zero and count down to zero again (10 second wait) to finally be able to download the xp.

Compound this by the number of users that are downloading your useful tool and a lot of time is being burned.

Have you thought of linking the download page to the releases links on GitHub instead?
