no lzmaExtractor file.

i am missing files in the AppDelegate.m file..... missing lzma extractor. thoughts or comments? Read the readMe and found nothing about it

@mikeCast369 actually we are all here and waiting for @WilliamLCobb to come back to continue his work. But unfortunately he didn't come for long time.

@iOS4all I hope he comes back to work more in this, it's the only GC emulated for iOS out there

I just removed the reference and it seems to build fine.
