Document State of Components During Sleep

We should document the state of the following items during sleep:

  • The STM32
  • The ESP32

We should also clarify which type(s) of sleep these devices are in as each of these devices have a few different sleep levels.

We should also clarify the impacts (if any) on GPIO pins during sleep.
