The plugin doesn't show hints for my id tags when I type the hashtag (#) in my CSS files. It works with class tags and both class and id tags works fine in my jQuery files.

And you saved the html file? Can you reload brackets and try it again? It works on my machine :/

I have same issue! the id / hashtag is not working!

Hi @deartet Unfortunately I am in Australia (well that is the nice part :D ) but my laptop is broken so I'm not able to look further into it for the next couple of months :/ Are there any logs which show that something is going wrong cause it worked on my machine.

when switching from html to css stops working live preview

@saneq1 Is this related to this issue? I can edit my html switch to css and the live preview keeps on working. Can you provide some more information?

  • Which brackets version are you using?
  • Open the developer tools (F12) or Debug -> Show Developer Tools Are there any errors?
