Feature Request: Translation Options

As this project is heavily influenced by fxtwitter, I was curious if it would be possible to have a similar translation option for ddinstagram links.

Attached below is an example of fxtwitter translation embed if "/en" is added to end of status number . ApplicationFrameHost_g66D7Blokl
