Connect to translatewiki.net

It would be nice if we could use translatewiki.net to have people update our messages. There should be technical ways of connecting our message files to this infrastructure, but I do not know how to do it. There is some documentation on translatewiki, yet it will need some time to find out how to do the details. Help from contributors is welcome here.

Alternatively you could connect the translations to Tool Translate.
