AWS Lambda end of support for Node.js 10

We received the notification from AWS about Node.js 10 EOL in Lambda. https://docs.aws.amazon.com/lambda/latest/dg/runtime-support-policy.html

We can no longer create functions that use the runtime after July 30, 2021. We can no longer create or update functions that use the runtime after Aug 30, 2021.
