@alirezabalsa Did you entered the ip with the port? If so, I guess Iran already blocked them.. I am currently working on rotating ip's. Which means that the ip of the proxy will change every X hours to make it harder to block

Also could you check if port 7070 on the GardenSnakes proxies work in your browser? For example http://141.148.228.97:7070/ping should return a response that the server is up
