Trademark infringement complain from enfappdetex.com

A few weeks ago I setup a website that lists WhatsApp Proxies, since then I have been getting trademark infringement complains from a company called: enfappdetex.com.

Is this legit? I emailed the WhatsApp customer support and they said it is not them. They are also not mailing from a @meta.com email address.. This is the email I have been getting:

Their contact email address looks very strange, the ad-facebook.com URL doesn't even work.. @slawlor @eozturk1 Can you help me out? Is this legit? Should I reply?

This app is neither affiliated with nor endorsed by WhatsApp Inc. The official WhatsApp Inc website can be found at https://whatsapp.com/ Since the beginning of my website I had this footer placed. I this not enough?

That's an address on our campus and the phone number looks like it might be legitimate. I'll ask internally if this may be real or a hoax.

It seems that this may be legitimate. You may need to utilize another domain name to avoid complaints through your DNS provider

Thanks for your reply @slawlor Is there anyone who I can contact inside Meta to resolve this matter? For example could I redirect visitors from a whatsapp-proxy domain to wa-proxy.com or is that still not okay? Because I am having a lot of users visiting the site from China, Iran etc using the proxies. So it would be a shame if they no longer have my site :(

@slawlor Any updates on this? Because now they are targeting my Cloudflare account.. So my only option right now is to take it offline, otherwise my account gets suspended :(

The word we're getting internally is they are legitimate requests to not use the WhatsApp name, but it's honestly out of my hands. Sorry :(

Ah okay, I removed most of my domains with WhatsApp in it to just to be safe

Guys time to be united as developer , How much time we put to build app and after published they suspend us. very disappointed

I never heard back from them anymore, they only suspended my hosting account but the domain is working
