Update containers.py

Removed duplicate horizontalAlignment from simple_properties and descriptive comments in ColumnSet class. Added horizontalAlignment to simple_properties of Container class.

While I've not seen any adverse effects from the current 2.0.5 file being deployed, I am suggesting these changes in an effort to keep everything in proper order.
