Export Tools addition -- edits

A good idea would be to allow a user to import an existing custom 'level' to avoid repeating what may be numerous imports of fields. The ability to export/import and edit a text file would also be handy. Importing and sequencing fields can be time consuming. The auto scroll can be dicey in the whack-a-mole sense.

Custom Levels may be saved and edited within WebTools-NG.

You may create many different custom levels for different outcomes and you should name each of your Custom Levels appropriately. They will always remain available for you to use at any time, once saved.

You may also edit any of the custom levels you have created and add or remove any levels you desire to your Custom Level.
