Wasmtime CLI flags changing soon

With https://github.com/bytecodealliance/wasmtime/pull/6925, the Wasmtime CLI flags will change considerably. I suspect this will break the runner script so I am giving a heads up here. Those changes are now available in main but won't be in a published release (I think v14?) until next month.

how about moving the adapter to wasmtime repo and maintain there?
