Crash on server start

The first time, the server crashed after I flew through a nether>overworld portal at high speed and a new portal was created quite some distance away, despite the nether-side portal already having a linked portal in the overworld. Since then, the server crashes on startup everytime with Dimensional Threading. Removing Dimensional Threading fixes it.
