Task: Fabric跨Channel Demo脚本适配WeCross正式版

社区成员767472021 #405 为WeCross-1.0.0RC4版贡献了一个Fabric跨Channel的Demo脚本build_cross_channel.sh。 请更新脚本代码，以适配WeCross正式版。

运行后在启动跨链路由的地方失败，错误原因显示是：未能成功安装Hub 之后手动安装也出现这个错误。

但是运行其他的demo脚本就没有出现这个错误。 还望解答，谢谢！
