[Feature Requst] rsyncd.conf module option for no overwrite

Possible design would be a no overwrite true or false option that enables behaviour analogous to rrsync's -no-overwrite option.

From rrsync's help:

-no-overwrite  Prevent overwriting existing files by enforcing --ignore-existing
