Feature request: Sync permissions, owner, group only

Add some option so sync permissions, owner, group from one directory to another without changing file contents. This is related to this Sync File Permissions Only My suggestions for edge cases:

• If file/directory doesn't exist in source simply print warning that permissions not changed for ...
• If file/directory doesn't exist in destination just ommit
