I couldn't find the markata.toml description

Hi Waylon,

I'm trying markata and it looks very nice and I would like to know more about how to change makata's configuration throught markata.toml and I couldn't find the doc about it, could you point where I could find it?

This definitely needs to be documented,

I'd like to make a cli to populate one that has all the default options listed and commented out.

Here is a few examples for reference for now.
