new Tiling window lost mouse event

Describe the bug after enable simple tiling, new window couldn't receive mouse event. key event works well. mouse event begin to works after any resize, move or fullsceen action. this happpens some times. difficult to find the reason.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Enable plugin Simple Tiling.
2. open two window.
3. the second window has no response to mouse click or drag.
