[Android] Allow setting a custom URL as the homepage

Firefox on Android at one time allowed setting a custom URL as the homepage, before the last redesign. See prior Mozilla bugs on this issue dating from 2020:

Firefox on iOS kept this as an option.

Would love to see it restored to Waterfox.

Any thoughts on when this PR might be included? It sounds petty but setting a cutom URL homepage is one of the few reasons im still struggling along with Brave instead of moving mobile and desktop to Waterfox
