Feat: Tray notification - choose monitor to display

Just a simple suggestion to add the possibility of choosing which screen a system notification will show up on. Not sure if it will be limited to how windows notifications work?

As far as I know there is no way to specify where the notification will be displayed, but I will try to look into it when I find the time to do so.

Not directly related, but on Linux the notification doesn't actually show, but rather is hidden in the systray. When I test with notify-send Blah it works as expected, popping up as a growl message.
