master-m3u8 is getting wrong bandwidth value if some resolutions are deselected

Hi Daniel

The master-m3u8 is getting wrong bandwidth value if some resolutions are deselected.

If i select all resolutions in the encoder its ok but if i only select 720p and 1080p the bandwidth value in the master m3u8 its wrong:

Resolution: 720p, 1080p, 1440p, 2160p Bandwidth: 2Mbit, 4Mbit, 8Mbit, 12Mbit -> OK

Resolution: 720p, 1080p Bandwidth: 2Mbit, 12Mbit -> WRONG

As Result the player jumps to the wrong resolutions.
