2208.40000.4.0 Won't load with custom kernel, and without it you can't log into the play store.

So following the readme for this script no longer works. But if you use the packagingtool in addition to this script with no custom kernel you can install with the install.cmd from the packagingtool and it will load after loading settings and opening files, but app functionality is broke. (You can't sign in)

Anybody know what's going on yet? I'm on newest insider dev build of Win 11 with newest wsl and wsa.
