The "Starting Windows Subsystem Android" message appears and closes immediately.

I also looked at the YouTube video and did the same thing as instructed, but strangely, my laptop works normally, but on my desktop computer, a message saying "Starting Windows Subsystem Android" pops up, and it closes immediately and doesn't work.

Does anyone have the same problem as me with this phenomenon? For reference, the difference between laptop and desktop environments is that laptops are Windows Insider DEV channels, while desktops are regular channels.

I experienced the same. For me it was apparently my misstep in patching process. At first I was lazy and pasted 4 lines at once into the terminal; in the next attempt I ran the command one line by one, which resulted in success.
