OOM Error with resize

Description:

I noticed that the Resize block was taking an excessive amount of time (i.e. >1 second) on an image being resized from about 60x60 to 512x512. This was persistent even after restarting the application. Suddenly, this error occurred.

To Reproduce:

Grab an image that is ~60x60. Add the Desaturate block and then tie its output into a Resize block. Set the width and height to both be 512.
