Change "WP API" to "WP REST API"

We should try and use either "WP REST API" or "JSON REST API" wherever possible, including in the title of the site. (My preference is on the former, as it has more context that way.)

Agreed with using the former. Happy to change all the instances of it in our docs if everyone is down. :)
