registry of defined configuration points

The spec claims that there is a "registry of defined configuration points in use attached to this document", but it's not clear to me where such a registry exists.

It's also a bit at odds with "there is no central registry for configuration points" in https://github.com/WICG/document-policy/blob/main/integration.md
