Add support for Infinispan/JBoss DataGrid session cache

Hazelcast appears to be the only out-of-the-box session cache option. Please consider adding support for Infinispan / JBoss DataGrid, which also implements the JCache API.

btw - this is being added to Open Liberty via https://github.com/OpenLiberty/ci.docker/pull/155

Then we would propagate that into the WebSphere Liberty containers too.
