Ports (9043 and 9443) are not exposed through Dockerfile/build nor does setting them to a random port work.

Any thoughts/ideas on the above? Anyway we can address these issues? It would be great for local/ci/devops development to be able to spin up an instance on a random port and not have to worry about purposefully exposing your guys ports through the API.
