Basebox and java updates

  • Update the CentOS basebox to CentOS 6.5
  • Change the Ubuntu basebox to use the latest bento box, switch to 64-bit for consistency
  • Update .kitchen.local.yml example to reflect changes to the java cookbook, which no longer needs a URL but does need you to accept a license
    • Also update the WLP download URL
