Handle multiple client connections

Eventually, multiple client connections should be supported. If nothing else, the old client connection should be booted off when the new one connects.

Issue still remains in version 2, when an existing client is connected to a radio daemon there is no provisioning for a second/new connection to be initiated before the old one is closed.
