I am new to this development, I followed the installation steps, I used the version of inno setup that it says, but I get a line error 28 :(

Also, the web dont exist

I do believe this falls under documentation issue, and honestly we really need better build documentation.

Dataamodel V3 will address some of the difficult configuration as well, but for now you can use the installer in releases.
