Add DeepQt to Scoop
Hm, first time I've heard of Scoop, to be honest. If this is for Windows, wouldn't winget make more sense, as it comes pre-installed, as far as I know? Not a Windows user myself, so that's all new to me.
I don't have much time currently, and am not particularly interested in setting up another distribution channel on Windows, but you do have my permission to create and maintain a winget and or scoop package, using the Windows .exe I provide in this repository, should you wish to do so.
The manifest I wrote for Flathub may help as a starting point, https://github.com/flathub/io.github.voxelcubes.deepqt/blob/master/io.github.voxelcubes.deepqt.yaml though changing it to use the .exe from github instead of building and installing the python package itself.
