its deprecated. Use the BaseEventLoop IIRC. I got rid of it to be as close to Uvloop as possible.

No, but the old policy name is deprecated in replacement of BaseEventLoopPolicy. I even gave other developers a warning that WinloopPolicy would be replaced by the following name.
