Error in MaxQuant annotation file

Hi,

I am trying out MsStats for the first time using the training files from Galaxy. I am getting the following error "Warning: Error in .mergeAnnotation: ** Please check the annotation file. The channel name must be matched with that in input data." I tried the solutions suggested in the google group but i cant fix it. Could you please help with the problem?

@Maithy15 I think you need to change the Channel column in your annotation file to just the number (1, 2, 3, ...) instead of channel.1, channel.2, etc.
