Adding Thanos Snap Effect Project
I would like to add an Image effect for thanos snapping finger using JavaScript. It will look something like this

@anushree71199 do you mind clubbing this effect with that pixelated image effect that is already assigned to you?
@ridsuteri Actually the thing is I wanted to showcase uses of some javascript libraries (html2canvas.js, chance.js ) here and including it in pixelated image effect issue will make it look too simple as pixelated one is a very basic project using only arrays concept, DOM manipulation. So I would like to work on this issue particularly as it will display something really new and cool.
