Apply responsive design to the Settings & Editor

Summary

Follow the recent changes in the Strapi 5 and prepare the visual editor to be responsive on Smartphones (480px), Tablets (up to 900px), Small desktops (up to 1280px), and desktops (as for now, > 1280px).
