Use current manipulator position as reference coordinate offset if none exist already

Currently, it defaults to 0,0,0 which moves the probes unexpectedly far away. If there isn't a saved reference coordinate offset, use the manipulator's current position (it assumes manipulator is already as reference coordinate).
