Detect collisions and atlas setting selection are not persisted between runs
Some settings don't seem to be saving
- Probe collision toggle (defaults to "on" / "detect collisions")
- Atlas selection (defaults to the null transform)
There might be more I am not seeing
We're going to default to the null transform going forward I think, we don't have an in vivo transform right now for the rat atlas and I want to be consistent across atlases for what we do. Hopefully it's obvious to people because the axes are rotated
I'm kind of hoping this clues more people in to the fact that they have to pay attention to the transform as well...
