• [ ] import the atlas <-> individual MRI transformation, and then display the atlas in the individual MRI space for planning
• [ ] import 3D meshes (e.g. the skull) properly aligned to the MRI volume
• [ ] import arbitrary 3D meshes and position them in space (for the other parts you use)
• [ ] export the coordinates/angles of target insertions relative to some fixed point in the individual MRI space, which may or may not be on the skull surface
