Use a manipulator visualization for dummy probes meant for manipulators

Kim and Hailey both confused the dummy probes meant to be connected to the manipulators as something that needed to be set to a target location. We should have an "add manipulator" button that drops in a different visualization for manipulators that way it's not confused with the probes used for targeting insertions.
