option to search by region name
I find myself opening either matlab or brain explorer somewhat frequently when I can't remember the acronym/name pairings I'm interested in. Example from yesterday: was looking for ventromedial hypothalamus, couldn't remember whether that's VM or VMH, and also wanted to look at what similarly-named structures exist because I wasn't sure exactly which one the person meant.
Not sure what the easiest/best solution looks like here - maybe there could be a pop-up hierarchical or alphabetical region browser (Andy's software and brain explorer both have this), or maybe it would be enough if the search box shows you things that match the name you type in? E.g. currently if you type "insula" you get nothing but it could show you AId and AIv since the text "insula" is in those names. And maybe shows you the full name when you hover over the acronym in the list? Maybe the search box could have a toggle to switch between a hierarchical browser, an acronym-based search, and a full-name-based search? Not sure.
