OSError when opening provided data file

When running the 12bits_NUS.py file, running into the following issue:

OSError: Unable to open file (truncated file: eof = 108228769296, sblock->base_addr = 0, stored_eof = 115503994024)

I downloaded the dataset and the pretrained weights. python version is 3.8, and ubuntu is 20.04. Am I supposed to use python2.7 and ubuntu 14.04? Anyone has some experience with other dependencies?
