Windows version of v0.2.0 only displays COM1 for Splatplost USB

I am unable to use the Splatplost USB option as the only available "device" is COM1, a serial port. Windows can recognize my Switch when plugged in through USB, so I am at a complete loss of what to do here. I do not have such a serial port on my PC and even if I did, that would not resolve the issue. image
