Item Hover

If you hover over an chat item it's invalid. Hope you can fix this. :D

This is caused by the change of the hover event between 1.7 and 1.8. In 1.7, item IDs are used in the JSON but the "minecraft:name" format is used for the 1.8 version. Hopefully it'll be fixed but it's unlikely given that this has been an issue for two years.
