Paintings render a block above [1.7] (BUG?)

Describe the bug, provide any errors Placing or viewing a painting in 1.7.2→1.7.10 results in it being shown a block forward than it's original placement (EX: Floating in front of a wall)

How can we reproduce it? Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Login on [1.7.2→1.7.10]
2. Place/view a sign that's supposed to be on a surface
3. The painting is shown floating idle in the air, 1 block forward to it's original location.

Expected behaviour The painting shown on the wall, correctly placed
