this is just jar file?, you can put the jar file somewhere and in .bashrc you just put alias viaproxy="java -jar /path/to/jar/file/viaproxy.jar

This is not planned as ViaProxy is an universal JAR that can be deployed onto any linux distribution without requiring the use of repositories.
