Bug Description

1.18 increases the "health" that a crossbow can take in. ViaBackwards does not account for this for older clients which can cause incorrect visuals for crossbow health.

Steps to Reproduce

• Login with a 1.17.1 client
• /give @s minecraft:crossbow{Damage:328}
• Observe incorrect damage given to bow - use advanced tooltips to see negative damage.

Expected Behavior

Crossbow damage is mapped or converted?
