PLS-DA Discrimination Step

The website says we support PLS-DA and PLS calibration. We have all the code ready except the GUI part, so we should work on that immediately.

The training part of PLS-DA works, and PLS calibration works completely as of #56 (and perhaps before)/

This will be implemented in 1.1 release. Our PLS implementation in general needs work, it is somewhat confusing to the user what each matrix means.
