Bulk add metadata and notes at file Import (when importing into a project)

What is the feature you'd like to have? When importing files into a project, add the ability to add a note and a metadata key value at the time the files are being imported and have it applied to all of the files being imported.

Is your feature request related to a problem? This would allow me to group files together without relying on folders; as I'm using a plugin that sorts files into folders based upon other criteria.

Are any alternative solutions acceptable?
